Common Murres, nesting on rocks off Chapman Point
Brandt's Comorants, nesting on the NW side of the first rock off Chapman Point. This location is usually well hidden from people, except at a very low tide like this one on July 4th, 2015
It's not very often that the tide is low enough that you can walk around the rocks at Chapman Point, from Cannon Beach to Crescent Beach.
Looking south towards Haystack Rock, from the low-tide gap between the rocks off Chapman Point. Time to go back before the tide comes in!
