Bar-tailed Godwit, seen 5/6/17 at 7:00am and several times again over next few hours. Located near Waldport: north of Sandpiper Village and south of Driftwood Beach access. Smaller than nearby Whimbrels. Rufous-colored neck and chest; solid in neck area and with white patches on belly. Long, slightly upturned bill, mostly dark but pink near base on lower side.
